Now, if you want to have soft and glowing skin without breaking your bank through expensive surgeries and chemical based products, you should try this simple trick which is very safe and economical. You will have a beautiful and healthy skin in no time once you regularly use this method.
Follow this simple and easy procedure using only one ingredient and you will be surprised with the result. You will only need an Aloe Vera.
1. Wash The Aloe Vera Thoroughly
Pick an aloe vera leaf, wash it thoroughly with warm clean water. Gently remove any dirt or debris that is attached to the leaf. Pat dry with a clean cloth and set aside.
2. Soften The Cleaned Aloe Vera
Soften the leaf by gently rolling or thumping it with your bare hands, make sure to avoid some pointy areas. You may use a rolling pin to do the job but make sure to do it as gently as you can.
3. Cut it into halves
After you softening the aloe leaf, cut it into big pieces, around two to three inches each piece. Try to remember the amount that you will be using this time as this will be your basis of getting the right amount of leaves to prepare to lessen wastage. So the next time you prepare, you can only produce the correct amount of aloe that you need.
4. Cut the pointy edges
Using a kitchen knife, you need to cut the pointy edges to be able to peel the leaf. Cut it on both sides to have open edges, making it easy to peel.
5. Peel it Open
As the edges are already cut, you can now peel the leaf using your hands easily. If the leaf is quite hard to peel, you can also use the knife to slit it open though its center.6. Scrape out the Aloe
Take out the aloe by scarping the inside of the opened leaf by a spoon. Make sure to collect all the aloe on the leaf to minimize wastage. Put the collected aloe in a clean or sterilized container to prevent any contamination.
7. Rub all over your face and skin
Apply the aloe using your fingers generously on your face, neck and nape area. You can also use the peeled leaf as a natural mask and let it stay for around 15 to 20 minutes or until it feels dry
8. Rinse your face
After sometime, you can now remove the natural aloe vera mask from your face. Rinse all areas of the skin where the aloe is applied with clean warm water. There is no need to wash again with soap or other skin care products as it will defeat the purpose of this all natural remedy.
9. Dry your Skin
Dry your face with a fresh and clean towel. After doing this method regularly, you can see the improvement to your glowing and healthy skin. And you will be surprised on how your skin looks moisturized everytime without using any harmful chemicals.
