Signs That You Are eating Too Much SUGAR!





Whoever doesn't like sweet? All of us have tried something that is sweet, and we definitely liked it. The problem with sweets is that too much of these is very bad to our health. There are signals that our body sends us to say that we have had enough sugar in ur body already and more excess consumption can lead to these seven conditions:

TIREDNESS AND LACK OF ENERGY

The first sign your body is telling you that you have already consumed too much sugar in your diet is when you feel lethargic and fatigued. Even though sugar provide our body with increased energy and carbohydrates, but it also does it temporarily. If you always feel tired, it is time to check your diet, you might be consuming too much sugar.

FREQUENT FLU AND COLD
The second sign that our body is giving us is If most of the time you get colds and flu, which is also linked to too much sugar consumption. Your immune system is weakened by too much sugar, thus even a simple cold or flue virus, your body cannot stop. It is much more dangerous if you get a stronger virus or bacteria in your body, your immune system cannot do its natural ability to fight them.

THE BRAIN GETS FOGGY 

The third sig is the fog, a symptom for those with low blood sugar. How come this is on the list you say? Consumption of too much sugar creates a rapid rise and fall of the level of your blood sugar instead of doing it gradually. Impairment and some cognitive issues are caused by poor control of blood sugar.

CARB / SUGAR CRAVINGS
The fourth sign is that you have craving for anything sweet, like a sugar addict. If these carving become regular and most of the time you cannot stop consuming sweets. If your diet becomes mostly carbs, you could already be in sugar addiction.

NOTHING IS AS SWEET AS BEFORE
The fifth sign is if everything you eat or drink now tastes less sweet than before. This is because consuming too much sugar damages the taste buds and makes you more tolerant to sugar taste, thus making you to consume more than normal to satisfy that sweet taste. If you have this condition, you should reduce sugar consumption to regain your taste buds sweet taste level.

FEET AND SKIN PROBLEMS
The sixth sign is when you have feet and skin problems. Too much sugar consumption has inflammatory effect on your skin. It will show on your feet,when you can feel and see that your feet are swelling. The effect on the skin is also visible as it causes dryness, eczema, and acne among others. Cutting sugar consumption will improve all these condition, so you better do it sooner rather than later. Too much sugar also causes adrenal fatigue, one of its sign is when you have dark circles under your eyes.

WEIGHT GAIN
The seventh and last sign that you consume too much sugar is weight gain. Consumption of sugary food s alone without protein and fiber foods cannot make you feel full. SO you keep eating excessively. It can also trigger insulin release which is a hormone related to weight gain. When you eat sweet foods, it is the job of your pancreas to release the insulin and carry the sugar to the organs in order to be used for energy. When you consume excessive amount of sugar, the more insulin is produced and in time leads to insulin tolerance.

This then means that the body cannot produce the normal amounts of insulin properly and the sugar is not used the right way. This is the cause of weight gain, and dangerously diabetes.
