1. Unexplained Weight Loss
The most common sign that you may have cancer is an unexplained weight loss. This is true in early stages of lung and breast cancer. The weight loss usually comes from cancer cells hinders the functions of the liver. This is also the initial sign that you may have colon or other digestive cancers.

Barrett's esophagus or esophageal cancer may show initial signs of chronic heartburn. So if you are experiencing heartburn, have it checked as soon as possible.
