These same experts have related cooking with aluminum foil , especially grilling, to pulmonary fibrosis and other respiratory problems as a result of aluminum particles inhalation.
Most of us are still unaware that when aluminum foil is used in high temperature cooking, especially when using spices and vegetables such as tomatoes as some of the aluminum particles sticks directly to the food which we could consume.
