How To Heal Cracked Heels In Just One Night!

First Step - Warm Water Treatment

What You Need:
  • Lukewarm Water
  • 2 Tablespoons of Baking Soda
  • Pumice Stone
  • 2 Tablespoon Salt
Procedure:

In a clean basin, put the lukewarm water. Then pour the baking soda and salt. Mix vigorously until it dissolves. Soak your feet in the water for 15 minutes and relax. Rub your heel with the pumice stone to remove the dead skin which is now soft from the water solution. Pat your feet dry with a clean towel.

Second Step - Feet Scrub

What You Need:

  • 2 Tablespoons of Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
Procedure:

In a clean bowl, put the oil and add the sugar. Mix together but do not dissolve. Scrub your heel with the mixture for five minutes. Wash you feet with clean tap water.

Last Step - Feet Moisturizer

What You Need:

  • 1 Piece of Candle
  • 2 Tablespoon of Oil
Procedure:

In a clean deep bowl, put the oil and a small piece of candle. Put this bowl in a hot water basin until the candle melts, mix vigorously. Let it cool like a cream, then it is ready. Apply this cream on your heel and use socks on your feet.
